Q. Can I donate material to the Archives?
Absolutely! We welcome anyone with material related to Bentley's history to contact us about potential donation.
If you currently work for or attend Bentley and are interested in donating institutional records (yours, or those of your office/department/org) please take a look at our Collection Development Policy. This policy provides helpful guidelines on what types of records we accept, and how to organize them. Please also email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an initial records consultation.
If you do not currently work for or attend Bentley, please email email@example.com with information about the material you wish to donate. Generally, we only accept items with a direct connection to Bentley history. Examples of such items include course materials, photographs, items of Bentley memorabilia, etc. The Archivist is happy to consult with you individually to see if your items are a good fit for our collection.
