Where can I find photographs in the Archives?

The Bentley Archives' photograph collection comprises thousands of images in different formats. We are happy to help you find the resources you need!

If you are an alum or researcher looking for a student portrait from one of our yearbooks, please email archives@bentley.edu with the student's name and graduation year. If you do not know the exact year of graduation, a date range is always appreciated. Yearbook scans will be delivered electronically.

If you would like to browse though a small, online collection of digitized photographs, please follow the link to the Bentley Historic Photograph Collection at Digital Commonwealth. There are a number of ways to browse and search within this collection. If you need help conducting your search, or if you would like to request a high-resolution copy of an image, contact the Archives.

For all other photograph requests, please email archives@bentley.edu with information about your search. We can help you find photographs by subject, era, event, location, etc. You can browse photographs in person by making an appointment with the Archivist, or scanned copies of photographs can be sent to you online. In most cases, scanned photographs can be delivered to you within just a few days.
