Q. What username and password do I use to get articles?

• If you are on campus and connected to the Bentley eduroam network, you should not need a username or password to access articles from the library's databases.* If you are prompted to authenticate, use your Bentley email address and password. 

• If you are off campus, use your Bentley email address (including @bentley.edu) and your network password. If your username and password don't work, it may be because you did not connect to the article using the library's databases. You must access the databases from the library's website via the Databases A-Z page to be authenticated as an authorized Bentley user.

• If you are having difficulty accessing an article via your Brightspace course site, please contact the Reference Desk. 

* A few of the library's research databases require registration or a special username and password. These databases are noted on the library's databases pages.
