--  Nexis Uni database to search Consumer Reports magazine for brand and/or product tests and ratings.

-- J.D. Power Awards Consumer Studies present the findings of a sample of consumers who have used or owned products from selected industries, and rank them based on the data gathered. J.D. Power also issues press releases containing study details and rankings.

-- The American Consumer Satisfaction Index for benchmark data and reports. Search by company, industry, sector, or brand. You may be asked to fill out a form to download reports.
